1.1. These terms of use of the website www.ramava.lv (hereinafter referred to as - the Website) and the Privacy policy (hereinafter - the Terms) are binding for all persons who use the Website, whether or not the person is a registered user of the Website (hereinafter - the Person).
1.2. The website is maintained and administered by the company “A.M.L.” SIA, registration number: 42803005352, legal address: Business centre RĀMAVA, Izstazu iela 11, Valdlauci, Kekavas novads, LV-1076, Latvia (hereinafter - A.M.L.).
1.3. The Website is designed to allow clients to become familiar with A.M.L. services offered, goods sold and ensure their purchase, as well as ensure effective communication with A.M.L. regarding the selection and purchase of services and goods offered on the Website.
1.4. Before using the Website, a person is obliged to read the Terms. By using the Website, the Person undertakes to comply with the Terms, as well as not to violate legal requirements and the rights and legitimate interests of third parties, including legislation governing the protection of intellectual property, personal data protection and others.
1.5. All intellectual property rights in the Website are owned by A.M.L. or A.M.L. partners and are protected by the laws and regulations binding on the Republic of Latvia. In the event of a violation of these rights, the guilty person shall be held liable in accordance with regulatory enactments, as well as shall be fully liable for all damages that are or may be caused to A.M.L. and third parties.

A.M.L. has the right at any time and without a special notice to change the Website, its functionality, the services offered, the name of the Website and/or the Internet domain where the Website is accessible, any content of the Website or any part thereof. A.M.L. has the right to terminate the Website at any time without notice. The Person understands and agrees that A.M.L. will not be held liable for any adverse consequences on the Person of such and other similar actions.
1.7. A.M.L. has the right to amend and supplement the Terms at any time. Such changes will be effective upon posting on the Website. The Person agrees that by continuing to use the Website after making such changes, the Person hereby consents to all changes.
1.8. Person must submit an application or complaint regarding the operation and services of the Website to A.M.L. in writing, sending to the e-mail izstade@ramava.lv and indicating Person’s name, e-mail address, as well as describing the improper operation of the Website, errors, disturbances and/or the like.
1.9. All disputes between A.M.L. and Persons shall be settled by mutual negotiations. If disputes cannot be resolved in this way, they shall be resolved in the court of the Republic of Latvia in accordance with the Terms and the laws and regulations of the Republic of Latvia.

2.1. Respected A.M.L. clients, the processing of your personal data is carried out in accordance with the requirements of the General Data Protection Regulation (hereinafter - GDPR) and the spirit of privacy. Here is described how is done processing of personal data of clients, the Website visitors, whose data be received by A.M.L. within the framework of our business. 2.2. Given that the legal framework related to Covid-19 is changed very often, the data processing principles related to Covid-19 are not integrated in these Terms, but the data processing in this regard is carried out in accordance with the up-to-date regulatory framework.

A.M.L. also undertakes to make all reasonable efforts to ensure the accuracy and completeness of the personal data processed, indicating to clients as precisely as possible how to enter their data correctly and completely.
2.5. A.M.L. will process Person’s personal data to ensure its confidentiality and will use all appropriate means and tools to prevent any unauthorized access. A.M.L. collects and processes personal data only for the needs of performance of A.M.L. duties and rights in accordance with the requirements of regulatory enactments.
2.6. Personal data will not be transferred to any third party, except with the consent of the Person, or it is necessary for the performance of mutual contractual obligations between A.M.L. and the Person, or is otherwise allowed or assigned in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
3. Security and use of personal data:
3.1. A.M.L. may use the obtained personal data to:
3.1.1. provide the requested services and information to the Person,
3.1.2. process Person’s orders and create the necessary documents,
3.1.3. provide the Person with effective customer support,
3.1.4. help prevent threats or fraudulent activities,
3.1.5. send information messages to the Person if the Person has expressly agreed to receive such,
3.1.6. comply with the requirements of regulatory enactments.
3.2. A.M.L. will process Person’s personal data to ensure its confidentiality and apply internal procedures and controls to prevent unauthorized use, access, disclosure, copying, modification or corruption of personal data, and will use all reasonable means to ensure the security, integrity and privacy of personal data. Personal data is available to a limited number of people.
3.3. 3.3. A.M.L. keeps Person’s personal data for as long as it is necessary in accordance with the purpose of its acquisition and as permitted or determined by the requirements of regulatory enactments.
3.4. 3.4. A.M.L. will process Person’s personal data only in good faith and in accordance with the law and will not use personal data for purposes other than those for which A.M.L. has received Person’s personal data.
4. Third parties:
4.1. A.M.L. will not transfer Person’s personal data to third parties, except to the extent necessary for the reasonable conduct of business, ensuring that the relevant third parties maintain the confidentiality of personal data and provide appropriate protection. A.M.L. will transfer Person’s personal data to A.M.L. suppliers, subcontractors, strategic partners and others assisting A.M.L. and its clients in the conduct of business in order to carry out the relevant cooperation. However, in such cases, A.M.L. will require the recipients of the data to undertake to use the information received only for the purposes for which the data were transferred and in accordance with the requirements of the applicable laws and regulations.
4.2. Reasonable efforts will be made by A.M.L. to ensure that personal data are adequately protected when transferred abroad.
4.3. A.M.L. undertakes not to transfer Person’s personal data to an organization or any other person located in a country where an adequate level of personal data protection is not ensured, except in the following cases (the Person has given consent):
4.3.1. the transfer is necessary to enter into a contract with the Person or to perform a contract with the Person;
4.3.2. the transfer is necessary for the conclusion or performance of a contract concluded in the interests of the Person;
4.3.3. the transfer is permitted in accordance with the requirements of the applicable laws and regulations.
5. Updating, editing or deleting personal data:
5.1. A.M.L. undertakes to ensure the accuracy of the Person’s personal data and relies on its clients, suppliers and other third parties who transfer the personal data that the completeness and accuracy of the transferred personal data will be ensured.
5.2. Upon a reasoned written request, A.M.L. will inform the Person about:
5.2.1. Person’s personal data processed by A.M.L., the source of data acquisition (if regulatory enactments permit its disclosure);
5.2.2. the date when the last changes in the Person’s personal data were made;
5.2.3. the purposes for which the Person’s personal data is processed, the recipients or categories of recipients of the data.
5.3. If necessary, the Person is entitled to contact A.M.L. at any time to amend, supplement or delete the Person’s personal data held about him or her by A.M.L. (if such actions are permitted by the Terms and regulatory enactments).
5.4. If the processing of Person’s personal data is based on the consent given by the Person, the Person has the right to revoke it at any time and further personal data that we have processed on the basis of the consent will no longer be processed for the respective purpose. However, A.M.L. informs that the withdrawal of consent may not affect the processing of Person’s personal data which is necessary for the fulfillment of the requirements of regulatory enactments or which is based on a contract, A.M.L. legitimate interests or other grounds specified in regulatory enactments for lawful data processing.
5.5. A.M.L. will take the necessary steps to correct or delete any inaccuracies in the Person’s personal data that have been disclosed directly or through the services available. A.M.L. will, to the extent reasonably practicable, inform the recipients of the personal data of such changes. However, A.M.L. is entitled to restrict access, possibility to correct or delete data in accordance with the requirements of applicable regulatory enactments.

7.1.3. The right to be "forgotten". Person has the right to withdraw his or her consent to the processing of Person’s personal data and to obtain the deletion of his or her personal data without unjustified delay as soon as the data are no longer necessary to provide the services requested by the Person and to comply with regulatory enactments.
